Monochrome Me: Reformation Wisteria Dress

Reformation_wisteria_dressThe collection of dresses at Reformation is fast becoming my go-to when it comes to summer basics, for day or for night.  This Wisteria dress is a very well made gown with a beautiful neckline and dramatic low back, a great all-rounder for a capsule wardrobe.  This will work for weddings, garden parties, evening meals and brunches – despite the ‘dark drama’ of the style I’ve not been afraid to wear it at different times of the day.

Reformation have a beautiful series of ethically made dresses, gowns and separates.  Get familiar, Blog Reader.

Little Black Dress: Reformation Carrera Dress

Every now and then I fall in love with a dress at first sight.  On the Reformation website I  had such a moment, browsing their new collection of off the shoulder, maxi, plunging neckline and backless-wonder dresses.

The Carrera style has a lovely touch of modern day Hepburn to it.  Krystal Bick also wore the dress on her website recently, finding it the perfect sexy midi dress for summer.  I can’t help but think Reformation have struck little black dress gold here and if you’re not familiar with this brand then get acquainted asap.  Designing their gowns with biodegradable fabrics and using renewable energy in their factory and HQ, I think it’s safe to say that this brand makes you feel good (and look great) inside and out.
