After a fabulous New York Fashion Week I’m all packed for my flight and I’m heading back to London this evening to catch up with friends and family. I’ve also got some very exciting things planned during London Fashion Week – picking up my bespoke dress from designer Yan To from the Young British Designers competition last month, meeting Amber Sakai who will be in town and visiting the amazing team at Bordelle to see how their pieces are created*. Not to mention catching up with fellow bloggers / tweeters from the UK, some of whom I have had long conversations with but have never met and cannot wait to chat with.
I’m taking a little break from the blog during the trip so I can fully enjoy England and reflect on the New York collections. I’ll be posting my thoughts and adventures when I’m back in the US and I’ll continue tweeting when I’m in the UK (probably photos in-front of double decker buses and red telephone boxes as well as tea and cake, things like this.)
